Mini-course: Free Cyber Security Short Course for The AI Era

Cybersecurity used to sound like something only big tech companies worried about. Now? It’s everyone’s problem. According to recent global reports, cyberattacks happen every few seconds, and billions of passwords and personal records are leaked online every year. Yes, somewhere out there, a hacker is probably trying “123456” on someone’s account right now… and unfortunately, it still works more often than it should. That’s exactly why learning the basics of online safety is no longer optional. This cybersecurity free course is designed to help everyday internet users understand how to stay safe online without drowning in technical jargon. Whether you use social media, online banking, cloud storage, or just spend too much time clicking random links at 2 AM, basic cybersecurity knowledge can save you from scams, phishing attacks, fake AI deepfakes, malware, and identity theft. The new week has just started, and it's common for some to feel a bit demotivated. If this feeling is persistent, it might be a signal to reassess your career path. However, most of the time, it's simply a mental block. To help you shake off that Monday slump, here are a few LinkedIn posts to reignite your motivation. I hope they inspire you to take on the week, one day at a time.

1. Career pivoting doesn’t have to be intimidating; in fact, it could be the best decision for your future. As mentioned in one of these posts, some of today’s billion-dollar companies began as something completely different before they discovered their true purpose.

2. Motivation is like a muscle—the more you train it, the stronger it becomes, and the less effort it takes to stay motivated. Our mindset is one of the most powerful forces in the universe—this is no exaggeration. Often, the things we fear are just mental obstacles, and the best way to overcome them is to simply dive in.

3. Our mindsets are the most powerful thing in the universe. Seeing its impact, this won't be an exaggeration. Sometimes what we are fearing is just in our head. The best way to mend this is to just jump in. For example, Think of it like exercising. As the weather shifts and winter approaches, it’s easy to find excuses to skip the gym—it's raining, it's too cold, you might catch a cold. But in my experience, once you start moving, all those worries seem to disappear.

4. I recently read Attitude is Everything by Jeff Keller, a book from 1999 that still holds valuable insights. Keller emphasizes the importance of networking, which is even more relevant in today's LinkedIn-driven world. If you're serious about networking, I highly recommend the final chapter of his book.

5. For another boost of motivation, check out Eat That Frog by Brian Tracy. While it's more recent, this classic guide offers practical tips for boosting productivity. Here's a quick summary of this powerful book to help you get started.

I hope this will change your mindset and you will be energized to begin your week. Want to add something, email me or comment here. I can include your opinion with your name in the article. Happy New Week!
